POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Linen Specialist at Impact Properties, you’ll support the day-to-day flow of laundry operations to keep our properties stocked and guest-ready. You’ll be responsible for washing, drying, sorting, folding, and organizing all linens, terry, blankets, and bedspreads. This role also includes preparing supplies on schedule and assisting with pick-ups and drop-offs as needed. Reliability, consistency, and the ability to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment are key to succeeding in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally wash and dry laundry items, such as linen, terry, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
  • Sort, fold, label, and organize Vacasa's laundry items
  • Ensure supplies are prepared in a timely manner for pick-up
  • Responsible for picking up and dropping off supplies (as-needed basis)
  • Properly utilize the necessary tools, chemicals, and products to clean to company standards
  • Observe and report any damage or potential hazards
  • Operate commercial washers and dryers in a laundry facility or on-site
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
  • Assist your colleagues and management team when necessary
  • Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, with early mornings and evenings as needed
  • Frequent travel between worksites; must have reliable transportation
  • Occasional assistance with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the waist
  • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
  • These physical demands represent the general requirements needed to perform the essential functions of the role

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 based on previous experience
