POSITION SUMMARY:

Alpha Rental Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Leasing Agent Assistant to support our leasing operations. In this role, you will assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, provide high-quality customer service, and help maintain the professionalism and efficiency of our office. Your bilingual fluency in English and Spanish will be essential as you communicate with applicants, residents, and vendors. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow within the property management industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants.
• Support the processing of leasing applications and agreements.
• Conduct or assist with move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.
• Create, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the property management system.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and the management team.
• Provide friendly, responsive, and professional customer service.
• Support general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
• Post regularly on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Support property marketing campaigns with fresh and creative ideas

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience in a customer-facing or leasing-focused sales role where success depends on building rapport, guiding decisions, and converting inquiries into completed applications (required)
• Immediate availability
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Pay Range: 18 to 19 dollars per hour

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays are required
