POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Operations Team Associate at Luxury Beach Rentals in Myrtle Beach, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing inventory and prepping guest welcome packets to running errands and supporting guests during their stay, you’ll be a go-to team member for day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and proactive—someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to creating great guest experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inventory and coordinate replacement items for rental properties
- Prepare and deliver guest welcome packets prior to check-in
- Run errands such as providing necessary items to guests during their stay
- Collect mail and packages from the post office and deliver them to the appropriate locations
- Support the overall smooth operation of our rental properties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years experience working in hospitality vacation rentals
- Positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
- Reliable transportation needed throughout the work day
- Ability to work flexible hours between 9 AM and 6 PM, including weekends
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $16 - $18

Schedule
This position is Full Time, 40 hours a week. 9-5pm and 10-6pm shifts are available, weekends required.
