POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Full-Time Vacation Rental Property Inspector.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY BE LIKE?

As our Property Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our homes are always in pristine, guest-ready condition. You'll walk through each property, documenting any issues and coordinating with our maintenance team for quick resolutions. This role involves light preventative maintenance, restocking supplies, and helping stage homes to welcome guests.. Your clear and consistent communication with the operations team will be vital for ensuring smooth turnovers and an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform detailed property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure quality and readiness
• Verify that cleaning and maintenance teams have met established standards and report any deficiencies.
• Document and communicate inspection results clearly to the operations team
• Support smooth property turnovers by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Ensure properties are staged and presented to meet Holiday Isle’s brand standards
• Promote and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability, service, and care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening 

Preferred:

• Previous experience in inspections, hospitality, or property management
• Familiarity with vacation rentals or short-term rental operations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $19.00 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based on business needs. Working days will fall between Sunday and Saturday, with scheduled shifts determined by operational requirements.

• Weekend work is required.
• After-hours rotating on-call shifts may be necessary during the busy season.
