POSITION SUMMARY:

PMI Metro Lakes is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Full-Time Realtor / Business Development Manager (1099 Role). In this role, you'll leverage your sales and real estate expertise to grow our portfolio of vacation rental properties in the vibrant Orlando market. This role offers flexibility and autonomy as an independent contractor in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to shape the growth of our business. You’ll work closely with property owners and customer service teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

A successful day in this role might look like this:

  • Starting your morning with a strategy call to review and prioritize high-value leads.
  • Meeting with a potential client to deliver a compelling presentation on how PMI Metro Lakes can boost their property’s ROI.
  • Negotiating contract terms while seamlessly addressing client concerns, demonstrating your in-depth market knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for a newly signed client.
  • Advising an investor on a potential vacation rental purchase and helping them understand both the real estate and management opportunities.
  • Wrapping up the day by tracking your pipeline progress in LeadSimple CRM and celebrating your latest win with the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and connect with property owners and investors interested in vacation rental management.
  • Develop relationships through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups from company campaigns.
  • Present customized sales pitches highlighting ROI, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize property management contracts, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Work with investors to buy and sell short-term rental investment properties.
  • Assist buyers and sellers as part of a licensed real estate brokerage.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Track and manage leads in the sales pipeline using LeadSimple CRM for timely follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in real estate or property management is required.
  • Florida Real Estate License is required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience working with real estate investors and facilitating property sales or purchases.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., LeadSimple) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident, with excellent time management skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Pay Range: OTE (On Track Earnings) $100,000 – $130,000+ potential

Base Pay: 1099 contractor role
