POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-performing bilingual Sales Manager to lead our Dream Team with excellence, integrity, and purpose. This position is ideal for a compassionate yet results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our client intake pipeline, leading our Sales team, ensuring conversion benchmarks are met, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless messaging and community engagement. This is a client-facing leadership role that requires emotional intelligence, accountability, and a passion for connecting people to life-changing legal services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership
- Supervise and inspire a team of Client Relationship Managers and Coordinators
- Conduct weekly sales meetings, monitor KPIs, and ensure team accountability
- Deliver data-informed coaching and performance reviews to drive growth
- Lead the client enrollment journey from initial inquiry to signed agreement
- Engage directly with prospective clients in high-value or sensitive cases
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure client onboarding accuracy and efficiency
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Maintain and improve sales systems and pipelines using CLIO Grow or similar CRM tools
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals aligned with firm objectives
- Analyze performance metrics, develop sales reports, and make data-driven adjustments
- Implement scripts, follow-up protocols, and objection-handling frameworks for team use
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on community events, brand messaging, and strategic campaigns
- Represent BLC at outreach events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Provide insights from sales trends to inform marketing strategies and content direction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) – Required
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in legal, medical, or service-based industries
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and client-centered communication
- Highly organized and tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems (e.g., CLIO Grow) is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications + Performance-based incentives
Schedule: Full-time, In-Person, Monday to Friday (some weekend or evening events may be required)
