POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Site Manager at Miami Vacation Rentals, you will be a key operational leader responsible for ensuring smooth, high-quality day-to-day operations across assigned buildings. This is a hands-on role that blends operational oversight, housekeeping quality control, in-person guest support, incident response, and close coordination with our Housekeeping, Customer Experience, and Front Desk teams.

You will conduct daily inspections, maintain hotel-level readiness, support guests on site, and ensure every unit meets MVR’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Your on-site presence helps reduce operational load for leadership by keeping daily workflows running seamlessly from morning readiness through late check-ins. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience while upholding the highest standards across our properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Housekeeping Supervision & Unit Inspections

  • Conduct check-in and check-out inspections for all assigned units.
  • Identify cleaning issues or quality gaps and ensure all standards are met.
  • Create and update Breezeway tasks for cleaning issues, unit defects or maintenance items, no-shows, and extensions requiring task removal.
  • Confirm early unit readiness and proactively communicate completed units for early check-in.

Daily Operational Coordination

  • Act as the main on-site link between housekeeping, CX, and frontdesk teams.
  • Provide in-person support to frontdesk (especially Elser/Natiivo/Icon) for any check-in complications.
  • Follow up on units requiring re-inspections, review, or adjustments.
  • Ensure overall operational workflow remains smooth and uninterrupted.

In-Person Check-ins & Late Check-ins

  • Perform in-person check-ins at Elser and Natiivo as required.
  • Cover two (2) late check-in shifts per week.
  • Provide warm, clear, and reliable on-site guest support during arrivals.

Basic Breezeway Task Management

  • Create, close, or modify tasks based on inspection outcomes.
  • Log cleaning issues, maintenance needs, or unit deviations.
  • Remove or adjust tasks for no-shows, extensions, or errors in scheduling.
  • Incident Response & On-Site Support
  • Attend units in person for guest complaints, operational incidents, and verification needs between departments.
  • Maintain consistent communication with CX, housekeeping, and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping; ideally as a housekeeping supervisor.
  • Knowledge of hotel-quality standards for cleanliness and unit presentation.
  • Previous customer service or guest-facing experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory. Other languages are welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly identify operational issues.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and operational standards.
  • Problem-solving skills in real time.
  • Clear verbal communication with team members and guests.
  • Conversational English (Mandatory).
  • Basic proficiency with operational tools (Breezeway or similar).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Bonus: Performance bonus
