POSITION SUMMARY:

Join Liquid Life as a Quality Assurance Manager and help set the standard for excellence in vacation rentals.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties in our portfolio meet our high expectations for quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a dedicated team to perform detailed inspections, manage daily tasks, coordinate with vendors, and oversee work orders to ensure every property is guest-ready.

Your leadership and strong attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining the overall performance and appearance of our homes. You'll work closely with multiple departments to support operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience across the board.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritize and assign daily tasks to team members to maximize efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor and update the status of work orders in real-time.
  • Communicate with vendors to schedule services and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track and report on daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support and improve day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services teams to uphold property standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or operations coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with task management software (experience with Breezeway is a plus).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00
