This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with other members of the Property Operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property Cleaning & Presentation
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental properties after guest stays
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash surfaces throughout the home
- Clean under and behind furniture
- Make all beds with fresh linens
- Restock toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials
- Create a welcoming, guest-ready environment
- Collect and remove trash and debris
Quality & Maintenance Awareness
- Identify and document any damages, safety concerns, or needed repairs and submit maintenance requests through company systems
- Follow assigned tasks and checklists
- Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics
- Attend all team and individual meetings
Operational Support
- Assist with laundry and supply distribution
- Travel between properties throughout the region (primarily Plum Island to Portsmouth)
- Represent Seacoast 2 Summit with professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3+ months experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, reliable, and consistently prepared — shows up on time and ready to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Self-motivated and contributes positively to a collaborative team environment to support great guest and homeowner experiences.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both online and in-person, and consistently represents Seacoast 2 Summit with professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness.
- This role requires frequent travel between properties, so reliable personal transportation is essential. All vehicles must be properly registered, inspected, and in safe working condition.
Workplace Environment & Physical Requirements
- Shifts generally begin between 9:00–10:00 AM, with schedules determined by management based on business needs. They may include some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to respond to last-minute scheduling changes that may arise due to guest turnover timing or urgent property needs.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Regular travel within the locally assigned region – primarily ranging from Plum Island to Portsmouth, NH.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing stairs, kneeling, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching) for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle during work hours as needed.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently.
- Appropriate attire is required, including clean, functional clothing that supports the nature of the role while ensuring a professional, guest-ready appearance at all times.

Employment with Seacoast 2 Summit Vacation Rentals is at‑will, meaning either the employee or the company may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, subject to applicable law.
