As a Business Development Representative at Luxus, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine. You’ll identify and cultivate new business opportunities with high-net-worth investors and property owners. RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll be relied upon to:
- Ignite growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new investor and property owner leads
- Lead conversations with confidence, using your persuasive communication style to build relationships and close deals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Luxus with enthusiasm and integrity in every interaction
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging, refine strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and pushing forward with a sense of urgency.
- Use CRM tools and data insights to track progress, forecast pipeline performance, and inform next steps.
- Take initiative. Instead of waiting for opportunities, you create them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience—bonus points for work in hospitality, real estate, or luxury sectors
- Possess a self-starter mindset, with the drive to independently stay on top of industry trends, pursue leads and exceed targets
- Excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the flexibility to pivot as needed
- Communicates with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable with digital tools, including CRM systems.
- Possess a strong attention to follow-through and knows how to turn a great first impression into a lasting partnership
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary with expected $105,000- $115,000 On Target Earnings including commission and performance-based incentives.
$105,000 - $115,000 is achievable in year one, with no cap on future commissions / incentives for high achievers.

SCHEDULE: Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility depending on performance and schedule coordination).
