POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re hiring for a dedicated Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 75–120 property owners, with a strong focus on both client retention and growth. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring they receive clear communication, accurate reporting, and proactive support that builds lasting trust. From onboarding new owners to conducting property inspections and reviewing monthly statements, you’ll be instrumental in protecting property value while strengthening the owner experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through consistent communication (phone, email, text, and in-person meetings)
  • Oversee all aspects of owner and property onboarding, including inspections and record-keeping
  • Review and assess monthly owner statements for accuracy, transparency, and clarity
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure homes meet RealJoy standards
  • Respond promptly to owner requests and concerns, maintaining high satisfaction and retention levels
  • Partner with operations to relay property-specific information and ensure seamless service
  • Promote and uphold RealJoy’s mission, vision, and core values in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in owner relations or customer service
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Active listening and relationship-building skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Quarterly Bonuses based on Key Metrics

Schedule: 

  • Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, based on business needs, within the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
  • Rotating weekend shifts
