POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Guest Experience & Property Operations Associate, you will play a key role in delivering the elevated, personalized service our luxury vacation rental brand is known for. This position blends high-touch guest communication with meticulous on-site property oversight to ensure every stay feels seamless, refined, and thoughtfully prepared.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for guests from the moment they inquire through departure, handling day-to-day communication, concierge requests, and review management. At the same time, you will help uphold our property standards by completing detailed inspections, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring every home is flawlessly prepared for arrival.

This role is ideal for someone polished, detail-oriented, service-driven, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences in beautifully curated homes. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and local travel using a personal vehicle is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Experience & Concierge Support

  • Serve as the primary daily contact for guest inquiries, pre-arrival communication, and booking support.
  • Ensure each guest receives a seamless check-in and check-out experience with warm, attentive service.
  • Resolve guest concerns or requests with urgency and professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
  • Oversee concierge offerings including baby gear, welcome gifts, and curated guest experience packages.
  • Assist in designing and enhancing luxury guest services and experiential add-ons.
  • Maintain accuracy across listing platforms, PMS, operations software, and partner sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to LiveChat and guest reviews within company guidelines.

Property Inspections & Quality Control

  • Conduct detailed pre-arrival property inspections to ensure every home meets luxury brand standards.
  • Document and communicate maintenance needs or damages, coordinating with operations and vendors for prompt resolution.
  • Perform light-preventative tasks such as refreshing décor, staging spaces, and tidying exterior areas.
  • Replenish approved household items and maintain organized supply inventories.
  • Prepare welcome bags and assist with elevating each home’s presentation for arrival.
  • Support new property launches, ensuring homes meet all readiness and brand requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury accommodations, or vacation rentals preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, service etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly precise, detail-focused, and able to uphold elevated brand standards.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and confidence working in fast-paced guest-facing environments.
  • Comfortable using booking systems, tablets, mobile apps, and digital reporting tools.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities for small in-home issues.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout properties daily.
  • Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 30–40 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the waist during inspections.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $40,000-45,000

Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
