POSITION SUMMARY:

The Guest Services & Sales Associate supports guests from their first inquiry through the end of their stay. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, greet guests in the office, answer questions, resolve issues, and help travelers find the perfect SeaBreeze property.

This role reports to the Sales & Reservations Manager and works on-site. Expect a mix of guest communication, sales follow-up, and ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and cared for.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to calls, chats, and emails
  • Greet office visitors and assist with questions
  • Support in-house guests before and during their stay
  • Follow up on sales leads and conduct warm outreach
  • Recommend property options tailored to guest needs
  • Make outbound calls to nurture leads and close bookings
  • Process payments accurately and securely
  • Maintain organized guest and reservation records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Follow all guest-service and reservations procedures
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with guests
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Well-organized with attention to detail in payments, reservations, and records

Preferred

  • Experience following up on leads and closing sales opportunities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Rate: $17 / hourly with additional earning opportunities through bonuses/commission

Schedule: Full-time; Must be available for flexible shift work between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including Saturdays
