POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Housekeeping Inspector at Vacation Homes Collection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our rental properties across Perdido Key, FL, Gulf Shores, AL, Fort Morgan, AL, and Orange Beach, AL are clean, well-maintained, and fully prepared for guest and owner arrivals. You’ll conduct thorough inspections of each home, verify that cleanliness and staging meet company standards, and identify any cleaning or maintenance issues that need immediate attention.
This fast-paced, detail-oriented role is essential to our company’s success. You’ll document and report findings to the appropriate teams, support quick turnarounds, and help maintain the quality our guests expect. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to providing excellent service, with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail. Please note that mileage reimbursement is provided when driving personal vehicle for work purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.
- Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.
- Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.
- Manage property inventory and staging.
- Deliver needed items to guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable transportation: Mileage reimbursement provided when driving personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00

Schedule
5-day work week – unless otherwise noted in offer letter
Typical business hours are 9am-5pm.
Weekend availability is a must.
Some on call shifts may be required.
