COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Patriot Family Homes is a fully integrated short-term rental company that is proudly Veteran-owned and operated. We are currently headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, but also have many remote and travel roles, as well as field teams that include W-2 and 1099 team members who live in the markets where our houses are located. We currently have 60 employees who manage a portfolio of ~550 short-term rentals.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Pool Technician, you'll be a vital part of the Patriot Family Homes family, ensuring our vacation home residential pools are always in pristine condition. Your precise, dependable work will set the stage for the unforgettable experiences our guests come to find. Our commitment to excellent customer service begins with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Maintenance Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of pools and ensure the preventive maintenance schedule is completed.
• Ensure pool chemistry is maintained.
• Maintain inventory controls of pool chemicals and testing chemicals.
• Diagnose and repair chemical probes, chemical feeders, and controllers.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Assist our Guests and Owners as needed.
• Provide all tools needed to perform each job. We will provide the chemicals needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Certified Pool Technician or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to clean our four pools twice weekly.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
• Ability to withstand a variety of outdoor environmental conditions.

Experience, Skills, and knowledge:

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Client and service-oriented
• Good command of the English language, written and orally
• Ability to plan, organize, and set priorities

Logistics and Benefits:

• Base Salary depends on the candidate's experience level and fit

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
