POSITION SUMMARY:

We are offering a $1500 sign-on bonus. $250 will be paid after 60 days, $250 after 90 days, and $1,000 after 120 days.

We are offering an additional $1,000 if you have proven proficiency with TRACK software. 

As our General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of FVC's operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and driving business growth. The GM will lead a team of dedicated employees, manage relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and industry partners, and uphold FVC's reputation for excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Supervision and Management: 

  • Lead and manage employees, providing ongoing training, feedback, and support.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions as necessary in collaboration with FVC's President. 
  • Develop goals and strategies for individual employees and the company as a whole.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee development and engagement. 

Marketing Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with digital marketing firms to develop and implement marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media. 
  • Produce monthly newsletters and oversee brand-building initiatives.
  • Foster partnerships with local Realtors, recognizing their importance as a key source of referrals. 

Homeowners and Property Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FVC homeowners. 
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. 
  • Conduct market analysis, rate planning, and homeowner renewals.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. 
  • Meet with prospective owners and seamlessly onboard new properties into our portfolio. 
  • Tackle challenges head-on, swiftly resolving issues. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vacation rental management experience is required. 
  • Must be tech-savvy with vacation rental software, preferably TRACK and Breezeway.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: Up to $67,000
