POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for ensuring all our lakefront homes, log cabins, townhomes, condos, and cottages are well-maintained and staged for our next guests.

Your Day To Day: 

This role goes beyond inspections. Our team will rely on you to be the eyes and ears on the ground.

Each day, you’ll start with a plan, reviewing the day’s priorities. Then you’ll inspect using our inspection checklist.  You’ll also be called on occasionally to assist with hands-on tasks to support the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot electronics, TV, WiFi
• Maintain orderliness of property
• Assist in staging properties for guest and owner arrivals.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues.
• Deliver needed items to guests on request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to commute to and from properties.
• Must have a smartphone
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from work
• Current auto insurance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $20.00
