POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Property Care Coordinator, you'll be part of the backbone of our operations, ensuring every stay meets the high standards we’re known for through efficient scheduling and team coordination.

You will be pivotal in managing essential aspects of short-term rental property management, from reviewing inspections after each guest check-out to managing maintenance work orders and coordinating with third-party vendors. Your ability to multitask will also be crucial as you balance these responsibilities along with operational staging duties to ensure each home is ready to receive the next reservation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review all turn-over inspections and take care of necessary items before guest entry.
  • Create work orders and home procedures as needed. 
  • Manage work orders efficiently in Breezeway, including creating, scheduling, delegating, monitoring, and adjusting tasks, along with verifying work hours, adding charges, and generating summaries as needed. 
  • Review the inspection schedule daily to assign, consolidate, and ensure efficient routes.
  • Contact, schedule, monitor, and verify daily vendor work 
  • Keep the staging area clean, separated, and organized. Receive shipments, including unboxing, recording received items, and tracking them as appropriate. 
  • Facilitate information on the property status to Bluewater employees. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in property management or related fields. 
  • Basic home repair and knowledge of home systems 
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft suite, and google suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Experience with maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination. 
  • Familiarity with inventory management and staging operations. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $25 - $29 per hour based on experience and achievement
