POSITION SUMMARY:

Join us as our Sales and Reservations Marketing Manager to help shape the future of luxury vacation experiences in Costa Rica. In this role, your primary objective will be to lead and drive reservations and sales in the bookings department. You’ll also collaborate on marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance Property Exposure: Responsible for driving sales and making strategic decisions, tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining relations with our owners.
  • Optimize Technology Use for Efficiency: Spearhead the adoption and integration of state-of-the-art technology in sales and marketing processes for greater efficiency and visibility.
  • Drive Digital Marketing Efforts: Create digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including targeted websites, leveraging social media and paid ads to enhance property visibility, attract diverse target groups, and increase reservation rates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the vacation rental industry or in hospitality is required.
  • Proven leadership and experience driving reservation sales.
  • Must have a thorough reservation structure/process knowledge, including payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Possess an understanding of integrations and OTA's as well as revenue management.
  • A bilingual speaker is a plus.
  • Able to communicate professionally and efficiently with owners on goals, their home’s performance, and marketing strategy.
  • A decisive innovator, able to identify new creative ways to outperform in a heavily competitive market.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Annual profit sharing and monthly commissions based on reservations booked.
