POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team and support the CEO in overseeing operations, fostering communication, and driving business growth in the tech and real estate sectors. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities with efficiency and enthusiasm. 

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating meetings, managing workflows, and implementing streamlined processes.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for internal team members and external partners, facilitating clear and efficient communication. 
  • Scheduling and Task Prioritization: Manage the CEO's calendar and to-do list, optimizing time for maximum productivity and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks such as setting up webinars and partnership meetings, promoting the brand, and enhancing market presence. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly 
  • Act as a central communication hub for our team and external partners.
  • Efficiently manage scheduling and prioritize tasks. 
  • Work with me to strategize for business growth and implement plans accordingly.
  • Play a significant role in connecting our businesses to potential collaborators.
  • Organize both professional and personal tasks, including travel, and buy back up to 40 hours of your week. 
  • Assist with marketing tasks, such as setting up webinars and partnership meetings. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant to CEO 
  • You're not just looking for a job; you're excited to be a part of a growing tech business and have an industry for short term rental vacation industry 
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Keen to learn and contribute beyond typical EA duties. 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • US visa preferred if needed to travel with CEO 
  • Located in Mexico - preferred 
  • Unique 6-week work cycle with 1-week buffer and then 1-week sabbatical. That’s almost 2 months of paid time off a year. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Monthly Salary: $2500 - $3000 per month based on experience and achievement.

Schedule: 40 hours a week. This full-time role requires the ability to be flexible with your schedule to optimize productivity.
