POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager role at PMI Mountain Collection is not just a job; it's a transformative career opportunity. We're seeking a dynamic individual excited to bring their analytical skills and strategic sales outreach strategies to the table.

In this important position, your day-to-day will center on pursuing new business opportunities, closing sales, and building a strong professional network. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify new market trends and opportunities for expansion. You will also collaborate closely with teammates to smoothly onboard new clients and projects, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve tangible results, such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, generating leads, and successfully closing deals. 
  • Lead, motivate, and influence a team, delegating tasks effectively to achieve strategic goals. 
  • Monitor and manage leads through the sales pipeline. 
  • Develop solid and professional relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. 
  • Utilize your expertise in sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue. 
  • Continuously monitor and respond to market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Utilize your organizational and tech skills to streamline and boost the effectiveness of sales operations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the property management sector
  • A self-starter, motivated, and able to set and meet sales goals consistently
  • Must possess analytical skills with the ability to create strategies based on market trends and sales data. 
  • Proficient with technology, able to utilize essential software tools, including CRM systems and data analysis software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

 

COMPENSATION: $1,500 - $2,500 per new property - commission

(Independent Contractor, 1099 position)
